This project is an experiment in doing algorithmic trading honestly.

The goal: build a fleet of automated trading bots across crypto, forex, futures, and stocks — and document the whole journey, including the failures, on YouTube.

The rules the project lives by:

• Every strategy is guilty until proven innocent. Backtested with real fees and slippage, parameter-swept with out-of-sample validation, then paper-traded for weeks before any real capital.
• Most strategies fail those tests. That's the system working, not failing — the graveyard of rejected strategies is as important as the survivors.
• Risk first. Position caps, daily loss limits, and kill switches were built before the first strategy was.

The fleet currently runs 24/7 on a small cloud server, paper trading against live markets. A live dashboard of positions and P&L for each market is the next thing being built — it will live right here on this site.
